We take online Credit Card transaction security very seriously. Every effort is made on our part to assure our customers that they are secure when doing online transactions with us.

We want you to feel completely secure when ordering from We use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (High Grade 128 Bit SSL) , which encrypts (or encodes) sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. Some areas of this site contain mixed secure and non-secure data and your browser may give a warning when entering or leaving these pages, which is normal behavior. When our customers are ready to checkout or login into their accounts they should see the Lock Icon in the lower right corner of your browser. This indicates that any information entered on this page is secure. You can also look at your URL which will change from normal http:// to secure https://

Note: We do not store customers credit card information in our database. We record IP address before Credit Card transaction information is submitted. We investigate and prosecute credit card fraud to the fullest extent of United States and International Law.  
Privacy Policy will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any outside agent or third party. However, we may use the information that you provide to notify you of sales and special offers. If you don't want to receive this information, all you have to do is let us know and you'll be immediately removed from our mailing list. Items are shipped ground delivery via UPS, FedEx and sometimes we ship via the Postal Service within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders received by 2:00 EST for in stock items, usually ship within the next business day.  Normal ground delivery can be from 2 to 8 business days. Special orders an truck shipments can take approximately 2 to 6 weeks for delivery depending on the items ordered.  Note: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

We ship every order via standard ground.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. All returns require a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. The RGA number must be marked outside of the returned boxes. Unauthorized returns won't be credited. You are responsible for return freight charges if you order the wrong part, change your mind or have other ordering errors. We will only refund the shipping cost if the return is due to our fault.

Return goods are subject to 25% restocking fee. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before installation. Items that have been installed, used and/or not return in their original packaging are subject to 35% restocking fee. We inspect all return items to assure that they are returned in good resalable condition. Credit are issued after the inspection. Entire process takes between 2-3 weeks.

Return Instructions: NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED WITHOUT RGA NUMBER. If we ship the wrong item to you please fill out the online form at this link "Contact Us " (select Return Good Authorization for Subject), include your full name and order number. Upon receipt of your email we will issue you an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and return instructions. All items must be return within 15-days from the date RGA number is issued. The returned product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets. For your protection, ship your return via an insured, tractable carrier.  (NOTE: WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN FREIGHT). NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED ON SPECIAL ORDERS, FACTORY DROP SHIPS AND BODY PARTS.

International Customers
At this time we do not take orders from customers living outside the USA. We will be able to handle international orders in the near future. 
Payment Information

Credit Cards - We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. When paying with a credit card, the billing information on your order form must match the billing information on record with your credit card company. For your safety, we may also require the three or four digit security code located on the back of your credit card.

Paypal - We will only ship to Paypal verified physical addresses. So customer shipping address on account must match customer address listed under Paypal account. We will not ship to verified P.O.Box addresses.

Checks - Cashier's checks, certified checks, money orders or personal checks are accepted. Orders paid by personal checks will be held for 14 business days for the check to clear the bank. Personal checks must have your name, address, phone number, check number and bank name imprinted upon the check. Please also include your current address (if different from check) phone number, and current driver's license number and state. All orders for over $500.00 must be paid by credit card, money order or cashier's check only. Note: Please do not send cash. 
Order Status
All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs. To check the status of your order please login into your account to get an instant status. You can also contact us via our online form at this link "Contact Us

" (we reply to all emails within 2-3 hrs), please include your full name and order number. Another way you will get order information from us if you had provided us a valid email address, we email order status and tracking information after the orders are processed.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to Georgia address will be charged 6.00% sales tax.
Warranty Policy
Parts sold on site are covered only by the Manufacturers Warranties and/or Guarantees. In the event an item becomes defective, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty information for proper procedure on returning the merchandise. We will not be responsible or liable for labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.
Backordered Products
There may be an occasion where a product that you order is not in stock. You will be notified by email or by phone if this happens. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.
Damage Shipments
We inspect all packages leaving our warehouse. If you receive a damaged package, you have the option to refuse delivery, that way the item will be return to us. If you accept a damaged package and/or upon inspection of the parts, you find the item damaged, please file a formal claim with the carrier within 48 hours. NOTE: DO NOT RETURN DAMAGE PARTS TO US.

Please understand items damaged during shipment are not our fault. However, we will assist you in anyway possible please call us or email us after contacting the carrier.

Order Cancellation / Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please do so by filling out our online form at "Contact Us

". Orders and modifications can be made up until the time that processing is complete. If the items are  already shipped, the normal return policy applies.
Please note once the item on an order is shipped, you will not receive refund for shipping charges. If an error  is made by us, then we will pay for return shipment. All items are subject to 20% - 30% restocking fee per our Return Policy.   
Typographical Errors is committed to providing accurate information on our website, however sometimes typos do happen and we apologize in advance for those. reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for product(s) listed at an incorrect price regardless of the status of the order. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, will issue a credit to your credit card / PayPal account in the amount of your original charge.
